High schoolers from Fitzgerald, GA. Nathan Smith (lead guitar), Greg Fletcher (drums), Mark Dorminy (bass & guitar) and Pat O'Scott (guitar - now deceased). Interesting fact - with homemade flash pots and fog machine, they entered a high school talent contest playing "Free Bird".Although Zzyfph was clearly the crowd favorite, they were disqualified by the judges for being "too professional". Received a "Special Merit Award" trophy.
Tim and Mark eventually left, and Greg and I joined Mark Dorminy (bass & guitar) and Pat O'Scott (guitar - now deceased) and formed Zzyfph.
