Soul Service band was a busy working band together from 1967 until early 1971 out of Sequoyah High in Doraville, Ga. The band played R&B top 40 cover and were the house band for the Hide Away club located in Atlanta, which was featured in an Atlanta Journal article of the time. Founding members were:

Charlie Eberhart bass
This band very shortly changed its lineup to:
David George rhythm guitar/vocals
Robbie Hames lead guitar
Charlie Eberhart keyboards
Boyd Gaines bass
Mark Moffit drums
A later change of line up added band members:
Al McClain drums
Eddie Paul lead vocal/rhythm guitar
