At one time Terry Kendall, and Jan Whitten on lead guitars and Billy Mizell on sax played in the band.
Kingsnake was a very versatile rhythm and blues band that did openings for such acts as The Charlie Daniels Band and Chaka Kahn & Rufus. The band was also the backing band for the singing acts at the time like Brown Sugar. Kingsnake played throughout the Southeast but were based in Atlanta.
